About The Position

Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of accounting operations. This leadership role will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes while supporting strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 7+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with Sage 300 or similar construction accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), job costing, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Manage variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead audit management and maintain strong governance practices.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members, fostering professional growth.
