As an Accounting Manager, you will help lead key accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and support accurate, timely financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide accounting staff, and support the long-term financial success of the organization. This role is based in our Ashburn Support Center and includes limited travel across the U.S. and Canada (less than 20 percent).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and minimum five years of corporate accounting experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and SAP (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute internal control strategies aligned with GAAP, IFRS, and parent company requirements.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions meet accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and support the development of the accounting team.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate reporting.
