You will play a key role in supporting our clients accounting functionsranging from Accounting Manager-level responsibilities to Controller-level oversight and advisory . Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA or CMA preferred )
5+ years of progressive accounting experience , including leadership or supervisory exposure
Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, construction, non-profit, tech, or services) generalist background strongly preferred
Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct , or similar
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems adaptability
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a client-facing environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement

Nice To Haves

Experience operating at or supporting Controller-level functions is a big plus

Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle accounting across multiple client engagements
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Step into Controller-level responsibilities as needed, including financial oversight, process improvement, and strategic support
Partner directly with client leadership (CFOs, CEOs, and Controllers) to provide financial insights and recommendations
Develop and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and operational processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
Review reconciliations, journal entries, and key deliverables for accuracy and completeness
Assist with audit coordination and tax preparation support
Mentor junior staff or collaborate with other consultants on engagements
