About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with strong accounting experience and a solid understanding of financial processes to join our finance team. The Accounting Manager will manage core functions including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls and help scale our accounting infrastructure as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach. Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of Netsuite experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's a plus)
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth companies
• Demonstrated ability to lead processes and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multi-entity environments strongly preferred
• Experience with M&A integration or acquired company accounting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end monthly close process including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with organizational goals.
• Partner with finance leadership on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret financial data, and communicate variances and insights.
• Support audit and tax processes
• Drive improvements in ERP systems and accounting infrastructure (NetSuite)
• Lead and mentor accounting team members and coordinate with external partners
