Position will be responsible to oversee FFS revenue processes across Tristate businesses. Will partner closely with our Rev Manager, Rev Cycle, and Finance teams to analyze and record revenue properly. Position will manage (either directly or indirectly) staff that oversee tactical processing and financial reporting duties. Looking for the position to evolve our regional approach to FFS revenue, as we align to one tool (Rev Mgr) and possibly one EMR system (EPIC), including building out a functional team, vs. staff by CDO. Also work thru challenges with system migrations. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
