With a stable revenue base of $25M–$50M and a legacy of serving federal clients like the Department of Defense and Department of Transportation, we’re looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to lead our general ledger operations. As the Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee two direct reports and play a key role in the financial health of our U.S. operations. Reporting to a highly respected CFO, you’ll manage:

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience in a federal contracting environment (DFAR knowledge required)
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Month-end close and financial reporting
• Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, inventory, etc.)
• Payroll processing and labor reconciliations (Paylocity/ADP)
• Tax filings (sales & use, personal property, excise, gross receipts)
• Audit support and GAAP compliance
• Cost analysis and COGS tracking
• ERP system operations (more robust than QuickBooks)
