BASIC FUNCTION The Accounting Manager will implement and manage corporate accounting processes and procedures that contribute to the Company’s growth and success. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the day-to-day operations of general accounting, process customer invoices, accounts receivable, cash application, accounts payable and payroll. Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Complete monthly accounting close timely and accurately. Ensure reconciliations are current, accurate and prepared monthly. Maintain and enhance internal controls; recommend and implement improvements to accounting policies, documentation, and workflows. Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data. Lead and supervise other finance team members, providing performance feedback and guidance on priorities and task management.
