About The Position

As an Accounting Manager at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership
position within our controllership team. Your primary responsibility will be to
oversee the entity controller controllership function for Aerospace Americas
ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting
policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes at the
Americas Aerospace level. Your expertise in financial analysis and insights will
be instrumental in providing valuable recommendations and guidance to senior
management for strategic decision-making.

You will lead and mentor a team of controllership professionals, you will serve
as a key point of contact for finance You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams, including finance teams, controllership, and other
stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency. Your ability to
effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both
internally and externally, will be essential in driving the success of the
entity controller function within controllership.

You will report directly to our Aftermarket and OEM Sr. Controllership Manger,
and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
