What it's like to be an Accounting Manager As the Full Time Accounting Manager at Copeland Oaks, your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger; preparing monthly financial statements; managing month-end and year-end closing processes; maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements; assisting with budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting; support annual audits and required financial reporting; developing and maintaining internal accounting controls and procedures.; supervise and support accounting staff. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
