Lerch Bates is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who both leads and actively participates in the work, including general ledger maintenance, tax filings, and month-end close. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations such as project and cost accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness through direct involvement in day-to-day activities. You will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, providing accurate data, insights, and analysis to support planning efforts. This position is ideal for a leader who can balance execution with forward-looking awareness, while developing a strong team and ensuring financial integrity across multiple entities in a collaborative environment where your expertise directly supports business decisions and project performance.
