Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6+ years progressive accounting experience (CPA preferred).
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Leadership, client relationship management, advanced Excel, accounting software proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Public or outsourced accounting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client engagements and financial reporting.
  • Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and develop accounting team members.
  • Review complex financial statements for GAAP compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for additional client services.
