About The Position

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020 as a U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (UIS Taiwan), established in Taiwan in 1982. UIS is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company that provides fully integrated design-build services to clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Their services encompass engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery, with a focus on clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, all requiring total coordination. The company is seeking motivated undergraduate students in their Junior and Senior years, with graduation dates between December 2026 and December 2027, to join a 10-week paid Accounting Internship program. This internship will run from May 26, 2026, to July 31, 2026, in North Phoenix. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple accounting areas, assisting the team with daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, data entry, and basic reconciliations. The role also involves supporting month-end close and audit preparation, providing exposure to construction and project accounting processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • GAAP knowledge preferred
  • English / Mandarin bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable processing, including invoice review and data entry
  • Perform invoice matching and follow up on discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Support data entry in the accounting/ERP system
  • Prepare Excel reports and schedules as needed
  • Assist with vendor communication regarding invoices and payment status
  • Provide support for audit requests and PBC schedules
