About The Position
The Accounting Internship goal is to learn about the accounting function in homebuilding operations by assisting with accounting tasks and observing and mentoring with finance and accounting professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the preparation of bank reconciliations / escrow reconciliations
- Assists with accounts payable (AP) extracts and processing
- Assists with credit card reconciliations
- Assists with preparation and extraction of monthly and weekly reports
- Assists with reconciliation of inventory
- Assists with Q3 / Q4 reforecasts
- Assists with the setup of the 2027 budget template
- Assists with the input of job budgets in Sage
