About The Position

Kett Engineering is looking for an intern for a Summer role working with our customer in their accounting department.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Some college or working to Accounting degree
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screens
• Maintain professionalism with team and customer employees

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Monthly Statements
• Reconciling all invoices for 2025/26 with contract pricing
• Proactive Reconciliation, requesting AR statements and reconcile to PS voucher list
• Research / Resolve Velocity Report Exceptions for Materials Vendor
• MSA Facilitation
• Assist with major vendors obtaining the Master Service Agreements
• SLA Research, verify cross reference of Capital assets
