Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic Junior Accountant to support the Salas O’Brien Finance & Accounting operations for various Business Units. This employee will work in conjunction with other members of the Finance & Accounting team to support the Business Units with their financial accounting needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with AP vouchers as needed for
  • Assist with Journal Entries as needed for
  • Reconcile month end AP aging to detail ledger and finalize reports
  • Process checks and mail out to vendors
  • Filing
  • Review Expense reports when needed
  • Reconcile AR aging combined and over 120 days
