The role offers a highly competitive 50/50 compensation split with no earning cap, allowing top performers to earn six figures. Additional support includes weekly job order meetings, access to a private 'Recruiting Secrets' community with custom GPT tools and resources, and complete administrative support for billing, accounting, and tech. The position is 100% fully remote.
