This role is for an Accounting & Finance Recruiting Partner who can leverage an existing network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, and business owners to place accounting and finance professionals. The company provides extensive support including a vast database of resumes and professional profiles, advanced recruiting tools (ATS, AI matching, company directory), a team of experienced recruiters, and handles all administrative tasks like billing and tech support. The position offers a highly competitive 50/50 compensation split with no earning cap and is 100% fully remote.
