Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or coursework in financial accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist and learn the daily Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, data entry, and vendor communication.
  • Support General Ledger account reconciliations and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Help prepare documentation and schedules for internal audits.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including purchase order tracking
  • Support the rate application process by organizing data and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and electronic filing systems.
  • Complete a capstone project summarizing learning and contributions, including a presentation of insights and key takeaways to leadership.
