About The Position
Lone Mountain Land Company and Big Sky Real Estate Company specialize in the development and sale of premier real estate communities in and around Big Sky, Montana. The company supports world-class development and operations, overseeing real estate activities at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, Big Sky Town Center, and other projects in the Southwest Montana region. Position The Accounting/Finance Intern at Lone Mountain Land Company will provide accounting, finance, and administrative support for our Accounting and Finance Department. This position is offered as a temporary full-time or part-time position and is located in Bozeman, MT.
Requirements
- Currently seeking or plan to seek a degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Interest in accounting or finance
- Accuracy and attention to detail with aptitude for numbers
- Reliability and dependability
- Reliable transportation
- Maintain strict confidentiality to ensure that privileged and/or proprietary information is adequately safeguarded against disclosure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records through our accounting and electronic systems.
- Assist in Ad Hoc accounting.
- Assist with Accounts Payable as needed.
- Complete budget and finance projects as assigned.
- Reconcile statements and accounts.
- Enter financial transactions in the accounting system.
