The role collaborates closely with Field Operations Managers, Finance, Accounting, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting partners to align budgets, capital tracking, and reporting outputs, and serves as an accessible, trusted resource for Customer Service leaders and staff. The successful applicant will provide financial reporting and analysis for Customer Service cost centers, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision‑making. This role enters and maintains budget and forecast data in the budgeting system and ensures financial and operational data used for reporting is accurate, timely, and reliable. The role manages assigned operations and maintenance (O&M) and capital cost centers, partners with Cost Center Owners, Project Managers, and Operations leaders to translate work plans into budgets and forecasts, monitors results, explains variances and root causes, assesses project spending impacts, and recommends adjustments. The role also leads ad hoc sales and performance analytics, delivering cross‑functional analysis that supports operational, financial, and strategic decision‑making This role applies accounting principles and financial reporting outputs to operational analysis and business decision support but does not perform accounting recordkeeping, regulatory reporting, or ownership of enterprise financial forecasts.
