About The Position

Magna Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our AR Clerk and AP Clerk in their daily tasks and responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, a self-starter, punctual and reliable, and can work in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position located at our office in Riverside, CA.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
  • Ability to type 50-60 WPM.
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Generating and reviewing 100-200 invoices per day.
  • Sort, alphabetize, and file check stubs & invoices.
  • Prepare and send statements to clients.
  • Prepare and work within excel and LEDES files, for invoice submission to clients.
  • Track invoice submissions to online client portals and address any issues.
  • Support Billing Manager with any other tasks as needed
