Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and ask questions when needed
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree is a plus but not required
  • experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review vehicle deals for completeness and accuracy, identifying missing or incorrect documents
  • Verify required documents are signed and properly completed
  • Assist with posting new and used vehicle deals to accounting records
  • Support the closing and posting of F&I deals
  • Help process customer payoffs and related paperwork
  • Assist with maintaining inventory schedules
  • Support banking and sales tax processing
  • Enter accounting data for new and used retail and lease vehicle deals
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with basic financial reports
