We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our Corporate Office in Bloomington, IL. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking to build a long-term career in accounting within a stable and growing company.

Requirements

Previous accounting or office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization is required
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Nice To Haves

CDK experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile schedules and assist with monthly closing processes
Handle corporate credit card reconciliations and ongoing maintenance
Monitor and manage credit card fraud alerts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Perform clerical duties including scanning, filing, and document management
Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Support the corporate accounting team with daily administrative tasks
