About The Position

Peddler’s Son is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining financial records, and assisting with accounts receivable and collections. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and supporting cash flow through timely and professional collection efforts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AR, or collections preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Process and maintain accounts receivable records

• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Support Finance team with reporting and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
