Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen, P.C. , is a large, fast-paced law firm seeking a motivated, organized, and reliable individual for a full-time Accounting Clerk position in our Peoria office. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ACCOUNTING CLERK As an Accounting Clerk, you will independently manage various accounting area processes using accounting software, billing sites, and other programs. You will initially spend most of your time independently managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs. You will reliably and accurately handle accounts payable for several office locations and vendors. You will excel at ensuring bills are paid in a timely and correct manner while adhering to departmental procedures. You will process due invoices for payments.
