Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Qualified candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clear driving history and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing
• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and data entry tasks
• Support the accounting team with administrative duties
