The Accounting Clerk supports the accounting department by performing basic bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record-keeping tasks. This role helps ensure that financial information is accurate, organized, and up to date. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Enter financial data into accounting systems accurately Process invoices, bills, and expense reports Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain organized financial records and files Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Prepare basic financial reports and summaries Assist with payroll processing when needed Respond to internal requests related to financial records Follow company policies and confidentiality standards Other duties as assigned.
