Accounting Clerk Hybrid Midtown - Sacramento, CA (95811). Essential Functions Process cash receipts and ensure timely deposits to the appropriate general ledger accounts. Compile and scan payments to Billing to post in EHR Complete transactions for closing of account cycles Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts Furnish accurate and timely accounting transactional information for review Provide support for analysis, interpretation and audit of AR information Assist with preparation, maintenance and dissemination of written finance policies and procedures as assigned Assist with the budget process and clarification of revenues and expenses as requested Assist with Accounts Payable processing and vendor management Additional Duties Other duties as assigned.
