General Summary Of Duties: To ensure that general accounting and inventory records are handled in compliance with established regulations and policies. Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following) Process inventory control documents and input price/quantity discrepancies Assist with inventory audits Assist with answers to questions concerning accounts payable and inventory control Data entry; filing; assist with daily check runs, mailing and verifying addresses Handle request for information and data concerning accounting and inventory Perform daily tasks including data entry Perform cycle counts and checkpoint for warehouse Complete special projects, reports and other clerical duties as needed Assist within the department for any and all duties as needed Perform other duties as asked by supervisor or manager Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
