About The Position
Trib Total Media LLC is hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk at our Greensburg office. Strong clerical skills, mindfulness to detail, high school diploma, and proficiency in Excel are necessary. Our work schedule will be M-F, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- All areas of Accounts Payable: Routing invoices for approval
- Generating weekly check registers
- Processing weekly checks / EFT payments
- Research past due invoices
- Maintain A/P Email
- Support for the Cash Processing Clerk: Batch/post circulation & advertising payments
- Balance daily cash receipts/prepaids
- Process refunds
- Process credit card payments
- Maintain A/R email
- Deposit checks
- Verify ads in the newspaper
- Support for the Circulation Clerk: Key circulation returns
- Key/import payments
- Any special projects as needed
