Summary The Accounting coordinator assures proper control of all inventory and related administrative functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience a must
• Highly organized and with eagerness to progress
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Work with all levels of employee
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Stock in cars – both new and used, make jackets, and file accordingly
• Process transport invoices, including check writing.
• Organize and maintain various dealer records and documents.
• Process all Buying Center unit (PB).
• Complete AU and AC information.
• Create a JV to enter data into general ledger.
• Pull documents for accounting staff as needed.
• Maintain relevant accounting schedules.
• Cross-train on other desk and serve as back up.
• Other tasks as assigned
• Create jackets for all inventory
• File inventory jackets
