What you'll do: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, payments, vendor/customer follow-up) Perform revenue reconciliations and support month-end close activities Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks (coding transactions, journal entries, maintaining ledgers) Prepare and update Excel-based reports and reconciliations Assist with documenting processes and improving accuracy/efficiency What you bring: Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits) Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or in progress) 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Experience with revenue reconciliation and bank/credit card reconciliations What you'll get: Onsite / Hybrid Health, Vision, Dental Strong opportunity for growth Compensation $38,000 / year
