About The Position

Faygo Beverages is currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. The Accounting Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and conduct account reconciliations.
• Prepare and process employee expense reports in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.
• Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc projects as required by manager.
