About The Position

Responsible for a wide variety of accounting duties which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card administration, invoice processing, vendor maintenance and other miscellaneous functions necessary to support the Finance and Accounting team. This is an onsite position based in our Clinton, Indiana Office. MasTec Renewables, comprised of Wanzek Construction, IEA Constructors, and White Construction, combines over 20 years of experience in renewable energy construction. Requirements

  • Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected in the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working towards the Company’s Zero Injury principles
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, training documents and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, vendors, peers, internal departments, etc.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Business-related area
  • Experience in credit card administration, invoice processing, and vendor maintenance
  • Experience with Vista Viewpoint and/or Oracle Fusion
