About The Position

This position is mostly onsite in Lino Lakes, MN with a schedule of Monday - Friday. Hybrid opportunities will be available after training period. What you'll do: Complete Pre-qualification renewals. Monthly Sales and use tax reporting and filing for two entities in multiple states. Compliance around the AP function (Lien waivers, COI, W-9) Provide support for payroll during special projects Assist Accounting department on special projects as needed. Accurately process weekly payroll for 250+ employees in a timely, confidential, and compliant manner. Utilize payroll software UKGPro and UKG Ready to manage payroll tasks efficiently. Generate reports on payroll activities and provide insights to management Prepare and submit required reports relating to payroll, tax, and benefit deductions Assist with audits, year-end processes, and reconciliation of payroll data Run and distribute reports as needed What we're looking for: 2-year Accounting degree plus 3 years’ experience in the field, preferred OR High school degree with at least 5 years’ experience. Who you are: Detail oriented Aptitude for working with numbers with high degree of accuracy Excellent organizational skills Proven Ability to work with highly Confidential Information Strong verbal and written communication Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Sage/Timberline and UKG strongly preferred Strong 10-key Team player Problem solving and investigation skills Work without supervision Excellent customer service Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, including in-office Mondays & Tuesdays Pay & Benefits: Pay for this position is estimated to range from $27-32/hr depending on the experience, certifications, and qualifications of the applicant. Requirements

  • 2-year Accounting degree plus 3 years’ experience in the field, preferred OR High school degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
