About The Position

The ideal candidate will manage company-wide financial spreadsheets, assist with accounts receivable collections, handle customer calls regarding billing, payments, and financing, communicate with managers on customer concerns, and cross-train to support team members during scheduled vacations. Requirements

Strong system savvy, including Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage Intaact a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain and update company-wide spreadsheets for all loans and financial obligations.
Track balances, payment schedules, and ensure accuracy for management reporting.
Process Home Depot invoices, including auditing for compliance and key receiving.
Ensure timely and accurate payments while maintaining organized records.
Assist with customer account follow-ups and collection efforts.
Reconcile outstanding balances and support AR processes.
Handle incoming customer calls related to billing, payments, and financing questions.
Respond to emails and follow up with managers on customer concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
Crosstrain in other accounting or administrative tasks to provide coverage during scheduled vacations.
Assist team members as needed to maintain continuity of operations.
Support audits, reporting, and other accounting-related tasks as needed.
