Generally responsible for maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts. Helps with various projects as needed in the accounting department. Work will be performed under general supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Reconciling bank accounts for multiple companies Maintaining the company’s fixed asset records Month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations Scanning and filing paper and electronic documents Review and approval of expense reports This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including paid time off, health insurance benefits, and matching retirement contributions.
