Accounting and Finance Business Analyst
About The Position
As our Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting Systems, you will play an important role in supporting Erickson’s finance and accounting teams by analyzing business processes, documenting requirements to improve the financial operations of our 22+ senior living communities. In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and needs. Document business requirements, process flows, meeting notes, and testing scenarios. Support system design and development by translating requirements into clear specifications for technical teams. Execute test plans, validate results, and help troubleshoot issues during project delivery. Provide production support by investigating and resolving system or process issues. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and team meetings, contributing to Agile project delivery. Learn and adapt to evolving systems, including the upcoming ERP replacement and newly developed Salesforce processes, supporting successful adoption across finance and accounting teams. Work independently on assigned tasks, while learning from and supporting senior business analysts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business analyst experience
- Financial ERP application support experience required
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare and/or CCRC experience is highly preferred.
