Strong Accounting Principles
High-Volume Billing Experience
Analytical Mindset

Communicator: You are comfortable leading 1-on-1 calls with Branch and Operations Managers.
Proactive: You don't need hand-holding. You take ownership of your desk and hit your deadlines every time.

Responsibilities

Managing high-volume billing and accounts payable with extreme attention to detail.
Lead month-end closing and financial forecasting, ensuring every deadline is met with precision.
Partner with local leaders and push back when necessary to ensure all branch operations align with core accounting principles.
Provide deep-dive analysis to help Branch Managers understand their job costs and budgets.
