About The Position

Contribute to global accounting operations projects focused on automation, reconciliation consistency and SAP reporting improvements Support global accounting standardization by gathering data, comparing accounting treatments across regions, and assisting with policy documentation Assist Accounts Payable process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, Concur enhancements, and T&E/AP metric tracking Perform data cleanup and analysis to support standard costing, system improvements, and broader finance transformation initiatives Participate in monthly accounting close tasks, including basic journal entry preparation or reconciliation support Help document processes and identify areas for improvement in workflows and controls Support internal and external audits by gathering data and performing sample testing Build professional skills in Excel, ERP navigation, data analysis, and business communication

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field, graduating December 2026 or later.
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail
• Interest in accounting systems, automation, and process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and highly interested in learning other software applications as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work collaboratively in a team environment
