About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY The Accounting Analyst I is responsible for performing routine accounting tasks and supporting the finance team in various financial operations. This entry-level position requires guidance and direction, focusing on developing basic financial analysis skills. This position will be located in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine accounting tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
