About The Position

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Accounting Administrator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team! This is a temporary position. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 40+ hours a week This is a temporary position (anticipated through the end of May) On-site in Nottingham, PA In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, preserve confidentially of all business information and data, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as environmentally friendly as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible. Reliable attendance and punctuality are also required. The employee is also expected to perform other related duties, special projects and functions as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years working in a professional office environment.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually and execute in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Scan and attach customer receiving documents (DSD Slips) to invoices in the accounting system.
  • Maintain customer master inbox and complete requests for new customer setup and maintenance.
  • Assist accounts receivable team with opening mail on heavy deposit days.
  • Other duties as assigned.
