Requirements

• A detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile receivables and revenue against the general ledger, ensuring timely transfers.
• Monitor and report on departmental expenses, supporting financial efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific accounting standards.
