About The Position

Nobel is a well-established telecom group with over 27 years of experience in the industry, operating across multiple regions and connecting carriers, partners, and networks worldwide. Their finance team is small, sharp, and international. They are looking for an Accountant who thrives in a remote setup, takes ownership of their work, can reliably handle daily operations as well as on-demand requests, and isn’t afraid to question existing processes and improve them. The core focus of the role will be keeping accounting operations clean, accurate, on-time and audit-ready.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment
Solid hands-on knowledge of AP and AR processes
Experience with ERP or accounting platforms — QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
Comfortable working with multi-currency transactions and international partners
Fluent in English
Someone who communicates proactively, flags issues early, and works without being micromanaged
High integrity - you handle sensitive financial data, and we need to trust you completely

Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing Statements of Account for international partners
Managing AP/AR cycles end-to-end — including offsetting, cleanups, and dispute resolution
Processing and reconciling payments, collections, credit card transactions, and bank bookings
Monitoring Aged AR reports and escalating risks proactively to management
Maintaining daily cash reports and ensuring real-time accuracy
Handling expense reports and ensuring policy compliance
Supporting internal and external audit processes with clean documentation
Identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving process improvements
Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
