About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing international business in the retail/luxury resale sector. Upon joining, employees will participate in a 3-month overseas training program (approximately from July to September 2026) in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, or Malaysia) 【Training Details】 Develop knowledge of luxury brands and resale market Gain hands-on experience in both office and retail store environments Learn product evaluation techniques, including identifying materials, craftsmanship, and authenticity (e.g., tools used, leather characteristics, and distinguishing counterfeit items)
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of in-house accounting experience
- Business-level or native-level Japanese proficiency
- Proficient in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Ability to independently manage full accounting functions, including audit support
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, P&L, and month-end closing
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales reports and financial statements
- Handle monthly closing processes
- Manage Profit & Loss (P/L) reporting
- Support internal and external audits
- Work with QuickBooks and the company's ERP system
- Perform other duties as assigned.
