About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Accountant II is responsible for completing accounting for specific functional areas, which includes but is not limited to cash, investments, debt, payroll, accruals, fixed assets, leases, and non-patient billing. Responsible for various tasks such as account reconciliations, monthly close activities, internal and external audit requests, cost report requests, and other projects related to these functional areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance, accounting (including GAAP), and effective internal controls.
- Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills
