Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and a quick learner of other software.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
Work closely with vendors, property managers, and other members of the accounting team to manage financial details.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Take on any other tasks assigned to support the accounting department and the broader organization.
