As a Fund Accountant within our Private Equity Outsourcing practice, you will support the day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and administration of private equity funds. This role is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in fund operations while working with a team that values curiosity, initiative, and continued professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting, fund administration or financial reporting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets and complex schedules.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate general ledger records for private equity funds.
  • Process capital activity, including contributions, distributions, and management fee calculations.
  • Prepare cash reconciliations and perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain NAV support schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting packages.
  • Support annual audits and tax compliance processes by preparing schedules and responding to information requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, enhance reporting, and ensure timely deliverables.
