The Accountant/Office Manager will be responsible for accounting functions for the office, maintaining the office and ensuring supplies and the facility are in order, and acting as a liaison between staff and the Human Resources Manager as needed. The Office Manager is responsible and accountable for: Over the counter sales tickets Job billing, financials, and creation Inventory transfers Monthly sales tax and other taxes as calculated by CIH Month end reconciliation as well as year end Track and process office credit card expense reports Deposits Creation of new accounts ACH fraud processing Collections, AIA Billings, and Lien Waivers Bank reconciliations until moved to CIH Assist with Human Resources: new hire orientations, communicating staff issues to HR Manager, and other duties as assigned
