The Pima County Department of Finance & Risk Management is seeking a dynamic, motivated professional to join its Revenue Management Division. Primary tasks include creating accounts receivable billings for multiple County departments, tracking outstanding amounts due to the County, contacting customers to ensure timely payments are received, and preparing quarterly reports of accounts receivable collections. The position performs reconciliations between departmental records and the automated accounting system, analyzing and resolving discrepancies. The position is responsible for preparing journal entries that affect revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience working with automated accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
